Optima Solution Application & Advanced Process Expert- Liquid Paint

As an Optima Solution Application and Advanced Process Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering growth, leading solutions, and assuring the continuity of expertise across the Optima Solutions organization.
You will lead solutions for new product and mobility applications.
You will report to the Optima Solutions Application & Advanced Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Improve value creation/value capture by proposing novel solutions based on the customers' needs.
Work with technical and product management to ensure all new products introduced are thoroughly vetted, validated, and the process mapped from an application perspective.
Identify and propose launch solutions, ensuring launch success and engineering of solutions across our platform.
Lead internal and external teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
Responsible for paid-for customer training in the field of expertise or for designating appropriate trainers....
