**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Monitor and control the cement manufacturing process from the Remote Optimization Center, based in Dallas, Texas.
+ Review equipment status, process parameters, and alarms to ensure the plant operates within defined parameters and adheres to standard operating procedures.
+ Ensure safe and continuous plant operations, maintaining product quality, and complying with environmental regulations. This is achieved through close coordination with plant personnel and other HROC staff.
+ Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment issues, resolving them promptly by collaborating with plant and HROC teams to minimize downtime and production losses.
