We are seeking a highly skilled Production Optimization Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing current production processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing new methods and procedures to optimize productivity.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Analyzing current production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Developing and implementing new methods and procedures to optimize productivity;

Conducting time studies and creating work standards to ensure efficient use of resources. Developing effective solutions that meet business needs while considering resource limitations, budget constraints, etc.
Effectively communicate results with stakeholders using clear data analysis presentations,
proposals.
