OR Nurse

A Cebu Center Nurse is a clinical nurse at the Operation Smile Philippines (OSP) Cebu Center of Excellence (COE). This individual is responsible for patient care, including during nursing activities, patient flow, and ensuring safety, and patient evaluation within our healthcare facility. The Nurse will ensure the highest standards of patient care, clinical standards, and operational and team efficiency within the nursing department. They will work directly alongside the medical team in the Cebu COE and be involved with the core team of nurses and support at time for patient coordination. The Nurse, Cebu Center reports directly to the Cebu COE Center Head Nurse and alignment with the Center Medical Director.

Essential Functions:

Medical Nursing Practice:

• Provide nursing care for patients daily for cleft comprehensive care, with focused area of pre/post wards, PACU, or Operating Theatre; with ability to rotate or adjust with schedules and assignments.
