Job Description

                    Responsibilities  As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. 
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. 
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle ADF is required. 
Additionally, beginner proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and PL/SQL (Programming Language) is suggested. 
Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. 
Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
