Oracle CC&B Technical Consultant - Canada

The key objective of this role is to identify, prioritize, design, and develop enhancements and integrations supporting our client’s Oracle Utilities solutions. The position is based in Toronto, with a virtual work environment. Must be able to travel to Canadian-based client work locations as required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Serve as a Technical Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution, which consists of

+ Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS)

+ Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)

+ Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)

+ Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)

+ Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support the client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement.
