Oracle CC&B Techno-Functional Senior Consultant - Canada

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution which consists of Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM) Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements Support client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements Advise client on technical best practices and product features Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution for enhancemen...
