Oracle CC&B Techno-Functional Senior Consultant - Canada

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution which consists of

+ Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS)

+ Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)

+ Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)

+ Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement

+ Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements

+ Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements

+ Support client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases

+ Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions

+ Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements
