Oracle Cerner Analyst - 2nd Level

CTG is seeking an Oracle Cerner Analyst (2nst Level) to join our team. The Oracle Cerner 2nd Level Analyst will provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and configuration for Cerner Millennium and associated clinical technologies. This role serves as the escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved by first‑level support, ensuring stable system performance and reliable workflows for clinicians and operational staff. The analyst collaborates with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain system integrity and enhance the end‑user experience.
