Next Ventures is recruiting for a senior leadership role driving finance technology and ERP strategy across a large, complex, global organisation. You’ll own the direction and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and adjacent finance platforms, modernising systems, enabling data-driven finance, and introducing advanced automation and GenAI capabilities.

Partnering closely with Finance, IT, Product, and Legal, you’ll lead large-scale transformation initiatives that improve scalability, control, and business performance. This role requires strong executive influence, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership across multiple specialist teams.
