Next Ventures is recruiting for a senior leadership role driving finance technology and ERP strategy across a large, complex, global organisation. You'll own the direction and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and adjacent finance platforms, modernising systems, enabling data-driven finance, and introducing advanced automation and GenAI capabilities.
Partnering closely with Finance, IT, Product, and Legal, you'll lead large-scale transformation initiatives that improve scalability, control, and business performance. This role requires strong executive influence, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership across multiple specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the ERP strategy and roadmap, with primary ownership of Oracle Cloud Fusion
Oversee finance systems architecture, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, in-house, and hybrid platforms
