Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst – HCM

Our client is looking for an Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst HCM for a 8 months contract role in Lawrenceville, GA. The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst HCM is responsible for leading the design, development, maintenance, and support of HCM reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. This role serves as a senior-level subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud HCM reporting and partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic reporting guidance, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights. The Analyst will drive reporting best practices, optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions, troubleshoot complex reporting issues, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability of HCM data and reporting across the organization.
