Job Description

Key Responsibilities
:
Lead and execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud Subscription Management implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

Conduct business requirement workshops directly with customers from offshore, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

Provide expert guidance on best practices, business process improvements, and Oracle Cloud Subscription Management capabilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams for any necessary customizations or integrations.

Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
