Oracle Cloud Test Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager with strong Finance domain expertise to lead testing activities for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. The role will be client-facing and requires close collaboration with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across complex finance transformations.

Fluent Spanish and English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for Oracle Cloud Financials (O2C, P2P, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Define and execute test plans, test strategies, and test governance aligned with project milestones.
• Lead all test phases including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and data validation testing .
• Coordinate and manage onshore and offshore testing teams , including functional and automation testers.
