Oracle Consultant (Integration & HCM)

The Oracle Consultant will be responsible for the technical implementation and seamless data flow between the AI platform and the customers Oracle Fusion HCM environment. You will ensure that employee data, organizational structures, and leave management workflows are accurately synchronized to power intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities System Integration: Lead the technical configuration between client and Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle ERP modules. Data Mapping: Define and execute API mapping references and data flow validation between Oracle Cloud services and the AI platform. UAT Support: Partner with the customer's Oracle IT leads to run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off on integration milestones.
