Job Description
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with other consultants
- Setup the system application ensuring the right architecture and functionality to meet projects requirements
- Perform fit-gap analysis
- Develop agreed solutions and implement new system
- Present solutions in written reports or demonstrations
- Train users in new and existing features of the system application
- Provide assistance during UAT testing and resolve issues
- Help clients with change-management activities
- Revise existing systems and suggest improvements
- Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers
- Provide after sales service support, maintain contact with client organizations
