Position: Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops and translate business needs into BRD and HLD.
• Configure Customer Information System (CIS) including Persons, Accounts, Premises, Service Points, and Service Agreements.
• Set up Meter Data Management (MDM) including device types and VEE rules.
• Design and manage advanced rate schedules (TOU, tiered, seasonal).
• Oversee billing batch jobs and ensure billing accuracy.
• Manage financial transactions, payments, and deposit processes.
• Configure Credit & Collections workflows and severance processes.
• Implement Service Order Management for field activities.
• Support Operational Device Management and asset tracking.
• Design Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) integrations for AMI communication.
• Lead UAT, CRP sessions, and post-go-live support activities.
