Oracle Customer to Meter

Position: Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) Functional Consultant
Location: Islamabad, I-10/3
Key Responsibilities
1- Lead functional workshops and translate business needs into BRD and HLD.
2- Configure Customer Information System (CIS) including Persons, Accounts, Premises, Service Points, and Service Agreements.
3- Set up Meter Data Management (MDM) including device types and VEE rules.
4- Design and manage advanced rate schedules (TOU, tiered, seasonal).
5- Oversee billing batch jobs and ensure billing accuracy.
6- Manage financial transactions, payments, and deposit processes.
7- Configure Credit & Collections workflows and severance processes.
8- Implement Service Order Management for field activities.
9- Support Operational Device Management and asset tracking.
10- Design Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) integrations for AMI communication.
