Job Description

Oracle CX Subscription Cloud 

Skillset: 
- Good knowledge of subscription management module with awareness of data flow between OM and AR modules 
- Ability to enable and update DFFs on the Sub Management UI 
- Proficient in usage of Service Mapping, Algoritham, App Composer and any other features requried to customize / extend Subscription Management. Scope of work 
- client member will govern the scope 
- Implement changes in Subscritption Management, internal testing, training business users and arrange UAT - Gather / clarify business requirements
