Job Description

Role: Oracle DBA 
Location: Geneva, Switzerland 
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite) 
Domain: Oracle DBA + Windows 
Oracle DBA Production ownership for Oracle, IBM Db2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server 
High availability and disaster recovery build/run; failover testing; capacity planning 
Backup and recovery strategy and execution 
Performance tuning, query optimization, and health checks 
Security hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation. 
Windows Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
Ability to handle high-pressure production environments 
Excellent stakeholder communication 
Proactive, automation-first mindset 
Experience in regulated environments (Banking/Finance) is highly desirable
