Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Technical Development: Develop and customize Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits solutions through coding and configuration, focusing on earnings, deductions, tax calculations, and costings.
• Create and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) within the payroll & benefits module to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Perform development tasks using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS APIs specific to Payroll & Benefits functionalities.
