  Job Summary 
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Technical Consultant with strong experience in development, customization, and end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions. 
  Key Responsibilities 
Lead development and support of Oracle EBS HRMS technical solutions 
Design and build RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) 
Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and performance tuning 
Work on BI/XML Publisher reports 
Handle integrations, data migration, and system enhancements 
Customize workflows and support Fast Formula changes 
Collaborate with functional teams for solution design 
Drive UAT, deployments, and production support 
Troubleshoot critical issues and provide quick resolutions
