2. Ability to participate on business workshops to identify and demonstrate AS-IS TO-BE gaps and solution 4. Good Analytical, communication, presentation, client interaction skills

3. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations

4. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements.

5. Strong presentation and documentation skills.
