Role Overview:
Responsible for administration, monitoring, and support of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to ensure high availability and performance of database and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Monitor Oracle databases, middleware, and infrastructure components
• Configure alerts, thresholds, and performance metrics
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Manage patching, upgrades, and OEM performance tuning
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle database monitoring/support
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Good understanding of Oracle DB architecture and performance tuning
