Job Description: ERP Analyst III (Oracle EBS – HR & Payroll)
Key Responsibilities
Own and support Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll across multi-country environments
Gather business requirements, configure systems, and deliver process improvements
Lead testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production support
Ensure global payroll, tax, and labor compliance
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Development teams to resolve issues and enhance systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll
Strong knowledge of global HR and multi-country payroll operations
Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and integrations
Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
