Oracle Functional Analyst

Job Description: ERP Analyst III (Oracle EBS – HR & Payroll)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll across multi-country environments
• Gather business requirements, configure systems, and deliver process improvements
• Lead testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production support
• Ensure global payroll, tax, and labor compliance
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Development teams to resolve issues and enhance systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll
• Strong knowledge of global HR and multi-country payroll operations
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and integrations
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
