Job Description

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Working jointly with the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM Program team to ensure CRM concepts are leveraged with configuration where possible resulting in the delivery of quality software meeting the client requirements;
• Conducting, leading, and supporting interviews and analysis with multiple stakeholders to gather user requirements, following the Province’s Agile-Iterative methodology via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, use cases, scenarios, and other methods;
• Working with internal the Province’s BAs, QAs, and Developers to ensure requirements are making it into the Build/Release;
