**Job Summary**



As an **Oracle Cloud Functional Support Consultant** , you will serve as a primary post-sales contact for customers, providing functional and technical expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP modules. You will resolve complex issues, guide customers on best practices, and act as a trusted advisor—bridging business requirements with Oracle Cloud capabilities.



This role requires a strong combination of functional domain knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and a customer-first mindset, along with the flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.
