Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion Finance and RMCS implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather business requirements, configure applications, prepare functional documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with onshore teams, business users, and stakeholders.
• Perform testing, issue resolution, troubleshooting, incident management, and user training.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial and revenue recognition activities.
• Coordinate with technical, integration, and reporting teams.
• Participate in rotational shift support.
