Job Description

                    Role & responsibilities Analyse and redesign HR processes including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management. 
Lead implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. 
Conduct stakeholder workshops, gap analysis, and process documentation. 
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation requirements. 
Support HR workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and analytics dashboards. 
Manage UAT, data migration, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live support. 
Drive change management and user adoption across business units. 
 Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and HR process transformation. 
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA/GOSI, and Emiratisation policies.
