Required Skills and Experience:

• Support & Maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules across Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time and Labour etc.,
• Troubleshoot issues, complete root?cause analysis and deliver fixes
• Manage system documentation
• Work with business teams to deliver platform improvements
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and risk frameworks
• Hands-on in using ServiceNow
• Exposure to ITIL Practices like Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability management
