Core Technical Skills

GoldenGate replication expertise: configuration, tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of real‑time log‑based replication.

High‑volume performance handling: ability to manage replication for billions of daily transactions, high TPS peaks, and low‑latency data flows.

Oracle database skills: SQL, PL/SQL, indexing, partitioning, retention strategies, and deep understanding of redo/transaction logs.

Infrastructure & capacity knowledge: CPU/ECPU/OCPU/vCore concepts, licensing impacts, and scaling strategies on Exadata environments.

Monitoring & observability: hands‑on experience with alerting tools, performance dashboards, replication health monitoring, and latency analysis.

Resilience & recovery: failover, DR setup, data consistency validation, error recover...
