Job Description
The South African Reserve Bank (SARB), through the Enterprise Systems Division, has recently implemented Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to support core human resources processes. To ensure system stability, effective adoption, and ongoing optimisation of the platform, SARB seeks to appoint an intermediate to senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist to provide functional support and enhancements.
The engagement requires a strong functional focus on Payroll-related processes, with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll environments considered advantageous, particularly where integrations exist between Oracle ERP Payroll and Fusion HCM Cloud.
Objective of this Scope of WorkThe Enterprise Systems Division requires the services of an HCM Functional Specialist to provide functional support, configuration, and enhancement services for the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment.
