Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to design, implement, and support scalable and high-performing Oracle HCM solutions. This role will work closely with enterprise architects, technical teams, and HR business stakeholders to deliver strategic Oracle HCM initiatives aligned with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle HCM applications
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle HCM solutions
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to align solutions with business strategy
