**Oracle HCM Configuration (Core Scope)**

+ Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning
+ Set up:
+ Catalogues, offerings, content types
+ Audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic
+ Workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles

**Content & Learning Management**

+ Upload and validate **SCORM packages**
+ Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy
