Job Description
About the Role
You will work closely with finance users and global IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). This role reports to the CFIN IT Stream Lead and supports critical finance processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
~ Act as a bridge between finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives
~ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
~ Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements
~ Support financial reports and dashboards for performance insights
~ Develop and execute test cases and support system testing
~ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
~ Provide functional and technical support for finance systems
~ Assist in implementing new finance tools and technologies
