Oracle NetSuites Support

Provide specialized technical and functional support for Oracle NetSuite, ensuring stable daily operations, enhancement of business processes, and continuous improvement across AGOS’s business system landscape.

This role supports configuration, customization, integrations, data quality, and end‑user experience within NetSuite and connected applications.

What You Will Be Doing – Primarily:

1. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of AGOS’s NetSuite architecture, including modules, workflows, custom records, integrations, and scripts.
2. Develop strong knowledge of AGOS’s business processes across Finance, Operations, Projects, Procurement, and HR, and how they are represented in NetSuite.
3. Ensure continuous, stable operation of the NetSuite platform and connected business systems.
4. Provide tier‑1/2 NetSuite end‑user support, escalating to 3rd‑party NetSuite consultants when required.
