We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert – Oracle Opera in Singapore. This is a high-impact role where your deep Opera knowledge will directly shape property operations, guest experiences, and digital transformation projects in one of Asia's most exciting hospitality markets.
About the Role
You will be the go-to Opera specialist, responsible for system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and leading Opera-related projects from initiation to successful delivery. You'll work closely with hotel operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Opera PMS (including Opera Cloud where applicable) runs optimally and evolves with business needs.
What You'll Need
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus
