Responsibilities

• Gather HCM and Payroll requirements from clients and align them to Oracle functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to configure the Oracle solution to meet clients’ Payroll and broader HCM needs.
• Test the Oracle solution and assist clients and systems teams with testing.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution.
• Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements.
