Responsibilities: - 10+ years of experience in Peoplesoft HCM
- Experience in Application designer, Peoplecode, Application packages, Application engine,
File layouts, Component interface, Integration boker, Approval workflow engine, Process scheduler,
security administration and XMl publisher.
- Expertise in creating and modifying SQR reports and batch programs.
- Expertise in HCM Functional Modules Core HR, Global Payroll, Self Service and Benfits Modules.
- Experience with PeopleTools (AWE, Process Scheduler, Workflow, etc.) and PeopleCode development is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data conversion techniques, and PeopleSoft security concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Experience working in a cloud environment (PeopleSoft Cloud or other) is a significant advantage.
