Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft HCM & EPM Support Specialist to provide advanced application support and operational stability for our PeopleSoft environments. This role focuses on system maintenance, health monitoring, disaster recovery readiness, and escalated incident support.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Patching
Perform and manage monthly PeopleSoft HCM and EPM patching activities
Ensure patches are applied following best practices and change management procedures
Validate system stability post-patching
System Health Checks
Conduct quarterly health checks for PeopleSoft HCM and EPM environments
Identify potential risks, performance issues, and improvement opportunities
Provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders
Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing
Support and execute annual DR testing
Validate recovery procedures, system availability, and data integrity
