Job Description

Position Overview: 

Engage in an exciting work environment as a Technology analyst for a newly formed Nikko Jefferies Joint Venture financial services firm.


This position will provide both functional and data analysis support and project management for the on-prem suite of PeopleSoft Financials modules, the Oracle cloud-based HCM platform (specifically Payroll/Benefits and Time Tracking components), their respective associated Data Warehouse(s) and ancillary platforms. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will encompass business requirement and data analysis tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compilation and documentation of business requirements, maintaining documentation for business process maps, workbooks, and procedures as needed.
  • Coordinating the book of work for HR and/or Finance IT support teams, including coordinating the functional specifications and managing the associated technical design for application enhancement...
