The Role
You’ll act as the system owner of Oracle Simphony across all brands and geographies. This is a hybrid
role blending POS systems architecture with hands-on database and integration support. You’ll
oversee how Simphony is structured and upgraded, support our developers with SQL and API-driven
data access, and maintain a strong backbone for operational reporting and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and manage our Oracle Simphony environment, including EMC setup, RVC
structure, tender logic, and menu deployment
• Lead all Simphony upgrades and ensure timely adoption of new platform features
• Support STS Gen2 integration flows with our internal systems and 3rd-party partners (e.g.
Deliverect and aggregators)
• Provide our development team with the Simphony access, structure, and documentation
they need to build automations and interfaces
