Job Description

                    Configure and support Oracle Service Contracts (OKS)  and Installed Base (IB) . 
Support integration across related modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Pricing, Field Service,  
Manage contract creation, renewals, billing, pricing, and entitlements. 
Work with cross-functional teams across OM, AR, Pricing, Field Service, and Inventory. 
Lead requirement gathering, functional design and perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment support. 
Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows). 
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. 
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation practices, and change-management policies.
