Oracle subject matter expert

We're looking for hands-on practitioners to partner with us as freelance SMEs on a set of enterprise technology courses.
This is a contract, fully remote engagement with flexible hours. You bring deep, production-level expertise. Our instructional design team handles all the course production, scripting, and design. No teaching or course-authoring background needed.
Open courses (each roughly 3 hours of content):
Boost Siebel Performance: tuning and optimization in production
Oracle AIA: canonical mapping and fault handling
Oracle Service Bus (OSB): hardening services for production
Oracle UIM: inventory modeling and reconciliation
Commvault: backup hardening against ransomware
Who we're looking for:
5+ years hands-on with one or more of the above, in real production environments
Engineers, architects, or consultants who've actually built, tuned, or troubleshot these systems, not just managed them
Able to explain the why behind decisions, common failure...
