Oracle Utilities Consultant Remote Role

You will manage support tickets, providing critical assistance for business users while overseeing system updates and patch evaluations. This role involves maintaining Oracle CCS configurations and monitoring system performance. Contribute to the continual improvement of documentation and training resources while collaborating with teams for effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support ticket system for incidents
• Evaluate and approve monthly system patches
• Maintain Oracle CCS configurations and system integrity
• Develop reporting tools and training documentation
• Provide utility industry knowledge and support
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of Oracle CC&B experience
• Strong proficiency in CC&B Java and PL/SQL
• Understanding of CCB functional areas
