Orchard Supervisor

Do you have a passion for the agriculture sector? We are looking for two Supervisors to oversee and manage orchard operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and productivity.

Hourly rate: $28 - $32 per hour

Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.

Maximum hours: 55 per week.

Location: Whakatane, Bay of Plenty

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and allocate tasks to orchard workers to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training
• Ensure work is completed to required quality and productivity standards
• Address routine staff issues and escalate complex matters to management
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of seasonal or new workers
