The Buyout Administrator is based in Chennai, India and caters to all customers in the Middle East and Africa.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

**Order Monitoring & Expediting:**

+ Monitor customer orders from order entry through shipping and final delivery.
+ Identify, follow up, and resolve delays, holds, and bottlenecks by coordinating with relevant teams.
+ Closely track shutdown, LD, PRECOM, and other urgent or critical orders.
+ Monitor factory timelines and coordinate with Buyout Admin for orders falling behind schedule.
+ Generate and maintain monthly order status reports for buyout factories.
