Order Administrator

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**•** Responsible for Order Execution Process in Oracle system and ensure all data is entered accurately.
• Order screening. Ensure all process is aligned with Emerson policy and external regulations.
• Create new sales orders, book and change orders. Creation of part number, PR & PO. Ensure accuracy in oracle transactions.
• Communicate with intercompany factories and manage production and shipment schedule.
• Provide Order Acknowledgement and update schedule to customer and salesperson regularly. Proactively update the dates in Oracle system.
• Monitoring shipment schedule and providing required documents for customs clearance
• Shipment / Delivery arrange, pick-slip generation and ensure AR invoice is generated in Oracle System.
• Follow-up customer payment status or check customer’s credit according to contract terms.
