Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Order and Delivery Management Officer located in Shanghai Jiading.

Reporting to the Order and Delivery Manager, the Order and Delivery Management Officer role involves… assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, drive improvements on order schedule improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Business Analysis based on customer forecast , ODM demand and open backlog for supply sites revenue projection and priority allocation if required.
  • Drive supply sites ERP system order to cash setup align with central team standard.
